Kefir-Quark & Berry Coulis Breakfast Pots

You don’t need many things at all to make this delicious breakfast and it’s quick to make too. You can even prepare it the night before to have it ready for the morning. This recipe serves one but you can easily make more!Recipe: Kefir-Quark & Berry Coulis Breakfast Pots A Mum Reviews

Ingredients:

  • 150g Bio-tiful Kefir Quark
  • 50g fresh or frozen berried (I used a frozen Black Forest mix)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 100g granola

Method:

  • In a medium saucepan, mix the berries with the vanilla extract and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently, to make a coulis. Allow to cool.
  • In a glass tumbler, layer the granola, the Kefir-Quark and the berry coulis. You can have one big layer of each or several thinner layers whichever you prefer.
  • Enjoy!
