Review & Giveaway: Jungle Jam in Brazil A Mum Reviews

Review & Giveaway: Jungle Jam in Brazil

Back in October last year, I reviewed the book Jungle Jam which was the first book in a new music themed book series for 0-5 year-olds by Noam and Louise Lederman. Now, the second book is available too and in Jungle Jam in Brazil, Gina the Giraffe, who we know from the first book, is on a courageous journey, learning about the music and culture of Brazil.

“The band is getting ready for their biggest show yet. They are going to Brazil in a jumbo jet.”

Review & Giveaway: Jungle Jam in Brazil A Mum Reviews

My girls love this fun book! It’s rhyming and captivating and introduces children to new sounds and instruments and cultures too! The aim of this book is to show children that they can do anything they want if they just try their best and are brave and strong.

The jungle animals are fun and my daughters love looking at the different characters in the illustrations and following them on their adventures. My eldest (3.5 years old) asks questions about the different animals and the instruments and my youngest (14 months old) loves looking at the colourful illustrations. Both of them love flicking through the book and reading it on their own as well as together with me at bedtime.

Buy the book from Amazon.co.uk. You can read a sample of both books here.Review & Giveaway: Jungle Jam in Brazil A Mum Reviews
