Sukin Facial Moisturiser Review – Australian Natural Skincare

Sukin is a new brand for me but it’s been around since 2007. It all started in Melbourne with a family determined to provide high quality natural skincare and hair care products that were also affordable

“Skincare that doesn’t cost the earth” is the brand’s tagline and that reflects the affordable prices and the fact that the products are natural and earth friendly.

The brand has been certified 100% Carbon Neutral, Cruelty Free, and Vegan for many years and all formulations are biodegradable. Sukin believes that high quality, natural products should be available to everyone and keep prices realistic and affordable to help achieve this.

Now, 10 years later, Sukin is the best-selling natural skin care brand in Australia with over 60 products for face, body and hair.Sukin Facial Moisturiser Review - Australian Natural Skincare A Mum Reviews

Our commitment to natural began with a simple list; what should never be found in your skincare? Sukin products therefore do not contain a myriad of harsh chemicals used in many products on the market today including sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium laureth sulphate, synthetic fragrances, animal derivatives, harsh detergents, propylene glycol, artificial colours, triethanolamine, mineral oils, EDTA or parabens.”

Sukin products are formulated to be efficient and contain high quality botanical extracts and essential oils that have been chosen to bring out the best in skin and hair. All ingredients are tried, tested and trusted and all products are always tested on the Sukin team to be approved before going to market.Sukin Facial Moisturiser Review - Australian Natural Skincare A Mum Reviews

The first Sukin product that I have tried is the facial moisturiser. It is amazing! It’s lightweight and sinks in quickly but it’s also rich and nourishing and quickly hydrates and softens my face and gets rid of any dry patches. It contains a blend of rosehip, avocado, sesame seed and jojoba oil that are all great moisturisers. Other ingredients include aloe vera which is soothing and refreshing and wheat germ and vitamin E to improve skin texture and protect the skin’s moisture barrier.

The scent is absolutely gorgeous! I can’t quite put my finger on it but it reminds me of a cake I’ve had at some point. It’s sweet and a bit citrusy and it smells so good! It’s a pleasure to use the cream due to its skin caring properties and the scent makes it even more enjoyable.

The cream comes in a 125ml pump bottle which is hygienic, helps limit waste and is easy to use too. It costs just £7.49 from Naturally Better You which is brilliant value for a really great organic product! Use my exclusive code to get 10% off the website: ‘PETRA10’.
