It’s been over six months since I first started using the ZIIP Halo so I thought it would be good to give you an update on how I’m getting on and to share my long-term results. Many beauty gadgets are quite expensive so it makes sense that most people want to read reviews from someone who’s thoroughly tested a product for a long time which is why I’m doing this update.

ZIIP Halo Long-Term Use – My Experience 

Having used the ZIIP Halo for over half a year now, I have had plenty of time to confirm that this is a device that has truly become a regular part of my skincare routine. So many gadgets end up forgotten in a drawer somewhere but not this one. It’s one of my all-time favourite skin treatments and one that I can see myself using for many more years to come too. 

Why I Chose the ZIIP Halo

The reason I was curious about the ZIIP Halo in the first place was that it looked like such an easy-to-use all-in-one solution for better skin. It can help with a variety of skincare concerns such as signs of ageing (fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, jowls), it boosts collagen production, evens out skin tone and texture, soothes redness, clears pigmentations, helps clear skin, calms inflammation and more. It can also be used as a skin prep device as it instantly gives your skin a lifted look as it sculpts and contours your face, boosting glow at the same time. It’s a brilliant way to start your skincare routine in the morning! 

I like the idea of targeting all of the above of course but, for me, the main areas that I was interested in were the anti-ageing effects and improving my skin tone.

How I Use the ZIIP Halo, Six Months Later 

When I was first testing the ZIIP Halo for my first review, I used it 3-5 times per week as recommended by ZIIP Beauty. I still use it every week, aiming to get 3 treatments in, sometimes more depending on what I’m doing that week. 

The novelty has not worn off; it’s still my main go-to beauty treatment device. It’s easier and quicker to use than anything else I have tried. Plus, I very much still enjoy the results that I get short-term and now also long-term with consistent use. 

I mainly use the ZIIP HALO in the morning as I love the instant lift and increased glow that it gives me. If I do my treatment in the morning, I get to enjoy that for the rest of the day.

Which Treatments Do I Actually Use? 

My favourite treatment is still the 4 Minute Facial which is the one that is pre-programmed into the device. This means that you can enjoy it without the app and your phone. It’s also the perfect length timewise to squeeze in no matter what – no excuses. 

When I do fancy a longer treatment and have a bit more time, I love the Collagen Boost treatment from the ZIIP Beauty app. There are 17 treatments to choose from for different skin care needs which is amazing. It truly makes the ZIIP Halo an all-in-one skincare solution. 

Because the ZIIP Halo is so portable and quick and easy to use, I even take it with me when travelling to keep up my skincare routine. Travelling can easily lead to a puffy face, tired-looking skin, and breakouts for me so I’m pleased that I can use the ZIIP Halo when travelling too to keep my skin as happy as possible during long travel days. 

Have I Seen Long-Term Results? 

Oh yes! As well as the instant lift and the healthy glow that follows a treatment, I can also see that my skin looks and feels firmer and more plump, that my jawline is more defined, that my skin tone is more even, and that my complexion is clearer. I used to get hormonal breakouts like clockwork around certain times of my cycle but since using the ZIIP Halo consistently, spots have become a much more rare occurrence. Now, breakouts usually only happen when I’ve not been keeping up with my treatments! 

Consistency really matters and using the device at least three times per week is key to seeing long-lasting results.

Would I Recommend the ZIIP Halo? 

Yes, I would happily (and have done so many times) recommend the ZIIP Halo to my friends, my family members, and my readers. It’s a great little skincare gadget that offers brilliant results, both immediate and long lasting. It’s super easy to use and takes skincare to a whole new level while still being completely non-invasive. 

Is the ZIIP Halo Worth It? 

The ZIIP Halo is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy facial treatments at home instead of time-consuming and costly salon visits. It is a bit of an investment but totally worth it in my opinion. Compared to frequent salon visits, it soon pays for itself.
