I love creative craft activities but rarely have the time or energy these days with three little ones to look after and a business to run.

When I spotted the Advent Botanical Wreath from Enchanted Floristry I thought that was such a good idea and a way for people to unleash their creativity in a way that’s not overwhelming because it’s all organised and planned for you.

In the easy-to-assemble wreath kit, you get all the materials you need and the instructions for how to build it gradually over 12 days.

This means that you don’t need lots of time to do it either – just a few minutes each day and at the end of your Botanical Wreath Advent, you’ll have a gorgeous handmade-by-yourself wreath to display in your home or to give to a loved one.

All the things you need are packaged neatly into a compartmentalised cardboard box. Each day, you’ll open a compartment to find the botanical or decorative components for the day’s addition along with a small card with instructions for what to do.

The creativity and design are all on you and you decide where things go and how you arrange your wreath. It’s a great and fun project for anyone who would like to do something crafty and try a bit of floristry. It’s very relaxing (though I did some of the decorations with my children which was not as relaxing…) and fun and at the end you get to enjoy your creation.

I especially love the little detail with the wooden heart and the silver tag saying: “made with love”.
