Last year, I discovered cooling blankets and how they can help you sleep when the weather is hot. They impressed me so much that I’ve been recommending them to lots of my friends, family members, and readers. Recently, I’ve come across cooling pillowcases from the same brand, Elegear. Elegear cooling pillowcases are perfect if you tend to get too hot when you sleep. They’re made with Japanese Q-Max >0.5 Arc-Chill 3.0 Cooling Fibers which absorb body heat and quickly lowers your body temperature by 2℃ to 5℃. It sounds so strange but they really work!

Additionally, Elegear’s Arc-Chill silk fabric has a luxuriously smooth and soft texture that mimics the feel of natural silk. Having used natural silk pillow cases too, I can confidently say that I prefer the feel of Elegear’s Arc-Chill silk fabric. It’s even silkier somehow and feels so nice! Just like real silk, this material is frictionless so great for skin and hair while the cooling technology delivers a refreshing sensation upon contact with your skin. 

The material is wear- and wrinkle-resistant, features 8x stretch recovery and a hidden zipper. Zippers on pillow cases are a game-changer! They firmly keep your pillow in place with no risk of it slipping out of the case.

I’ve been using these for about a week so far and the weather has been quite warm. It’s extra lovely going to bed now, putting my head down on my pillows covered in Elegear cooling pillowcases. They help me relax more quickly as I feel comfortable straight away.
