A hot bath is one of my favourite things in the world and I know I’m not alone having this opinion. A warm bath at the end of the day is a great way to relax both your mind and your body and it’s a little luxury that everyone should be able to enjoy.

This is especially useful if you suffer from ailments like back pains or arthritis or other muscle and/or joint conditions.
Having a warm bath relaxes your body and mind and also improves your circulation which in turn can help remove toxins, increase metabolic functions, and aid in digestion. We could all use this, I’m sure!
The best time of day to enjoy a warm bath is before bedtime as it helps you unwind and relax your whole self before going to bed. It’s a good idea to relax your muscles and soothe any aches before bedtime to give you the best chance of a good night’s sleep. The temperature change in your body also helps you fall asleep faster. It makes a wonderful part of your bedtime routine and a walk in bath means that mobility issues do not get in the way of this.
