There’s a new Sylvanian Family which is very exciting for Sylvanian Families fans. Say hello to the brand new Sea Otter Family. 

The adorable Sea Otter Family characters are available in two sets (both come with a mini book):

• Sylvanian Families Sea Otter Family: This set includes the mother, the father and their sweet cradled babies which are so cute! They are all wearing stripey summery outfits that are perfect for the seaside. The characters come with a shell pram that can fit both babies, plus a bag that opens and closes and has a pearl inside. Jurassic World Adventure Challenge and Maze Challenge

Adventure Challenge and Maze Challenge are fast-paced, hands-on games where kids manoeuvre marbles while dodging dinos and escaping danger zones. They’re fun and great for practising fine motor skills and problem-solving.

The games feature 2D dinosaur plates from the new Jurassic World: Rebirth film. These can be swapped between all the other Jurassic World games from Epoch. 

In Jurassic World Rebirth: Maze Challenge, the goal is to escape the maze as quickly as possible. You tilt the maze to move the marble through, completing your mission and guiding the marble up the zigzag tower to freedom. The routes can be changed by swapping around the green tiles and twisting them, creating lots of different mazes keeping the game new and challenging. In Jurassic World Rebirth: Adventure Challenge, players must use the levers and buttons to guide the Gyrosphere to safety. There are lots of tricky obstacles and fierce dinosaurs on the way so be aware of these to stay on course and survive the danger zones. Available from John Lewis, Amazon, and Independent Stores.

All three of my kids love playing with these tabletop challenges. They’re perfect as a solo activity and screen-free fun!
