The three figures included are Fred Jones, Daphne Blake and Velma Dinkley plus accessories. You can get Scooby and Shaggy in a separate set here.

The set is recommended for children from 5 years and up and contains small pieces so is not suitable for children under 3.

The set requires a bit of assembling and you get the little screwdriver kind of tool included in the set to help you get some of the parts into place. It’s mainly the seats that need clicking into place.

The characters need their scarfs/turtle necks and skirts putting on too. This was a good task for my 4-year-old to help with.

The included instruction booklet shows you what to do and also has information about the different characters.

All three of my girls enjoy playing with this set. My 4-year-old and 6-year-old play with it loads and use all the accessories while my toddler loves the van itself and loves pushing it across the floor shouting Brum-Brum!

I like how sturdy the van is and all the details! It looks very much like a real van! I used to watch Scooby-Doo as a child myself so it’s a bit nostalgic for me too.

The back doors of the van open fully and there’s a side door that opens too.

The roof of the van over the main body and the roof over the seats at the front of the van open up too and are removable so that you can easily get the characters into their seats and have fun playing.

The front even has cup holders for the drinks!

Another fun feature is this area that lights up — a monitor block with 3 ghost cards. This requires a battery. The kids absolutely love this feature!

We’re all really pleased with this cool SCOOBY-DOO! Playmobil Set. It’s great quality and lots of fun. The girls play with it all the time and I’m sure they’ll enjoy it for many years to come. We might have to get the Scooby and Shaggy set too to complete the gang.
