Aship Shoe Laundry Bags Review

Washing shoes at home has never been as easy as it is with the Aship Shoe Laundry Bags. These durable wash bags for shoes have lots of clever features that help ensure your shoes get a good clean:

  • The bags are crafted with 900gsm high-gram weight Chenille fabric (50% heavier than most alternatives) with a dense weave for exceptional cleaning powers. This material is strong, less prone to pilling and abrasion, and won’t fade or wear down quickly. The inside of the bag features 2cm ultra-long pile columns that deeply penetrate into seams and mesh surfaces to lift dirt and stains. No need for manual scrubbing – let these bags and the washing machine do all the work!
  • On the side of the bags, there are side pockets for smaller items such as shoe laces or insoles. This helps keep them safe and secure and prevents small things from getting stuck in the filter or in other parts of the washing machine.

  • With the bags, you get a set of PP material shoes trees to use inside your shoes during the wash to ensure your shoes maintain their shape flawlessly. These adapt in size from size EU35 to EU44 which is great!
  • The bags have an extra large capacity (19cm x 39cm) to accommodate a wide variety of shoes – even basketball shoes and hiking boots! The zipper keeps the shoes contained inside during the wash process.
  • The fluffy bags also mean that the washing process is less noisy compared to washing shoes without them.
  • The bags can also be used as a shoe storage bag when travelling which is handy.

Testing the Aship Shoe Laundry Bags

I have tested the Aship Shoe Laundry Bags myself and am pleased with the result. With three young kids, we have what feels like a million shoes so there were plenty to choose from for this test. I chose to go for a pair of high-top canvas trainers that had gotten quite dirty after being used in muddy conditions.

First I checked for any larger bits of mud on the bottom of the shoes and removed the shoe laces. I popped the laces in the side pockets and the sneakers (with the shoe trees inside) in the main compartment of the shoe laundry bags. Then I washed them on a 40 degree wash for delicate items.

The shoes came out looking so good! The white parts were white again and the black canvas looks like new. The shoe laces are a bit stained from the black of the shoes still but all the dirt was gone!

Squeaky Clean!

The laundy bags themselves dry really quickly after the wash which is good. How long the shoes take to dry depends on the material and the conditions they’re drying in, of course.

Now I need to continue washing the rest of the family’s shoe collection – but that’s a breeze now that we are equipped with the Aship Shoe Laundry Bags!

Collaboration.
