I’ve been trying to drink more water for a long time now but do struggle with this. We all know that good hydration is important for our health but many of us simply don’t hydrate enough. One of the main reasons why I was keen to improve my hydration is that I suffer from migraines. Vidrate Electrolytes Sachets

The powders are formulated with natural ingredients, and are 100% vegan and sugar-free. They are naturally sweetened with Stevia, which is a natural plant-based sweetener. 

The formulas contain electrolytes and vitamins, including Vitamin C, Vitamin B5, magnesium and B12. These are all some of the most important vitamins that your body needs daily. 

These sachets of electrolytes are super easy to use wherever you are – at home, at work, the gym, or when travelling for example. The powders dissolve easily and quickly in a glass or bottle of water.

The Boost range contains electrolytes, Vitamins B5 and B5, and caffeine (30 or 90mg depending on the flavour). These are ideal for when you need an extra boost – in the morning, before the gym, or when that afternoon slump hits. 

The Night range includes:

Mixed Berry Night contains electrolytes, L-theanine, magnesium, zinc, and lemon balm extract to support relaxation, recovery, and overnight hydration. They’re the perfect option for a calming beverage before bed.

There’s also the Apple & Blackcurrant flavour in the Vidrate Minis range which has been specifically formulated for kids with electrolytes and 7 vitamins. We haven’t got any of these but they do sound great for little ones!

I’m really enjoying the addition of Vidrate to my daily wellness routine.
