I’m currently struggling to sleep which is rare for me as I’m usually so tired I just fall asleep as soon as I put my head down on my pillow. We have so much going on at the moment with trying to buy a new house and waiting for the details about that and I’ve just found out that my iron stores are really depleted which is leaving me feeling even more exhausted but since I’ve not had treatment or a doctor’s visit yet, it also makes me a bit worried about my health so that’s another thing on my mind.

I really need to improve my sleep and I’m incorporating a few new habits to try to sleep better and one of them is using the Amphora Aromatics Aromatherapy Pure Essential Oil Sleep Blend in the evenings to help me unwind at bedtime.

The SLEEP comforting oil is a relaxing and balancing blend of Juniper, Patchouli and Lavender that gently soothes you to sleep. It contains comforting and warming Orange, Marjoram and Howood to help combat insomnia by working to calm restlessness and anxiety and by promoting peace and tranquillity.  You can use it in diffusers, burners or for steam inhalation.

I like to use some in my oil burner when I have a relaxing bath at night and I also add a few drops to my bath water. This is a lovely way to create a relaxing environment in the bathroom to help me unwind before bed. When possible, I try to do this right before going to bed but it depends on the kids and if they’re sleeping well!
