What’s inside a Simba Hybrid Mattress Topper?

The top layer of this mattress topper is a super-soft, breathable sleep surface. Next there’s the Simbatex foam comfort layer, then up to 2,500 Aerocoil spring support layer. The bottom layer is a high density CertiPUR foam base.

The Simbatex foam works differently compared to a regular memory foam mattress topper. Simba Simbatex foam has a more open structure to allow extra airflow compared to standard memory foam. It’s also infused with graphite to help dissipate heat for a fresher, cooler night’s sleep. It’s also certified to CertiPUR requirements which means it does not contain any heavy metals such as mercury or lead.

The Aerocoil springs are micro springs that are so small that they sit unnoticed against the surface of the topper, where they offer optimum support as well as assist airflow. They have a conical shape so that they compress inwards in response to the user’s weight. This means that they limit motion transfer between partners when sharing a bed.

Simply get your mattress topper out of its cardboard box, place it on your bed and remove the plastic cover. This will instantly start the expansion process. Unroll the mattress topper and leave it to expand. This will take at least two hours but it will keep expanding more for longer too. Your mattress topper is ready to be used after these two hours so make your bed ready for a very comfortable night’s sleep.
