Mirafit Home Gym Equipment – New Fitness Gear For Home Workouts | AD
Home workouts are a great choice for people who want to achieve their fitness goals in a convenient, flexible and cost-effective way. Our New Fitness Gear for Home Workouts
Over the past couple of years, I have been doing workouts at home. My goal is to do a few sessions every week. When I started this, I first purchased a kettlebell, then added a few dumbbells of different weights to allow me to follow along to different home workout videos on YouTube. This has been good for me but there were a few other areas of exercising that I was interested in too which is why I chose the following Mirafit home gym equipment products to add to our setup:

Mirafit Steel Plyo Jump Boxes
I’m really into hiking so one of the main reasons I want to get stronger is to be good at long and challenging hikes. These can include jumps and stepping up and down which is why I was curious about including a Jump Box in my set up.
These Mirafit Steel Plyo Jump Boxes are durable and sturdy and look great too! They are available in two sizes (30cm or 46cm – and as a set with both) that conveniently stack together neatly. The frame is made from steel which is perfect for high impact workouts. The tops are made from rubber for grip and the anti-slip feet ensure a secure platform for your training.

You can use Plyo Jump Boxes for a wide variety of exercises. I’m mainly using them to improve balance and coordination, as well as jump ability. I do step-ups, box jumps, and single-leg exercises with mine. At the moment, I’m using the larger one for step-ups and the smaller one for box jumps but my aim is to be able to jump up onto the big one confidently soon too!
I’m really pleased with this addition to our home workout set up. They are so sturdy and amazingly versatile – all while looking nice too. The latter is important for this particular piece of equipment for us as we need to store the set in our living room.

Mirafit Ridged Weighted Hula Hoop
Next, a hula hoop which is a blast from the past! But this Mirafit Ridged Weighted Hula Hoop is not like the cheap hollow plastic hula hoops from my childhood. This weighted hula hoop features an eva foam padding and wavy ridges for deep muscle stimulation. Additionally it weighs 1.2kg which makes hula hooping more challenging.

Using this fitness hula hoop is a great way to strengthen your core and burn calories whilst having fun too! The hoop is large with a diameter of 100cm but breaks down into six parts for easy storage and transportation.

This hula hoop is lots of fun to use and you can really feel that you’ve done a workout after using it even if you only do it for 10 minutes. A great piece of equipment to enjoy outside in the garden when the weather allows too.

Mirafit Ankle/Wrist Weights
Recently, I have been researching adding weights to cardio and other exercises. I have been looking into getting a weighted vest for walking and also wrist and ankle weights to use when exercising to make them more challenging.
These Mirafit Ankle/Wrist Weights add a new dimension to your workouts and are great for functional exercises. These wearable weights have an adjustable fastening and are a universal size that shapes to your body. The weight comes from the evenly distributed iron sand filling. I am using the 1kg pair which can be used for ankles or wrists. I choose to wear them around my ankles for certain exercises.

The larger 3kg and 5kg options are for ankles only and the 5kg ones only for larger ankles. My husband is a climber and is often doing pull-ups as a way to keep arms strong and to improve grip strength. He is now using the two sets of heavier ankle weights to add difficulty to his pull-ups which he’s enjoying.
