Nakin Natural Anti-Ageing Skincare Review

Nakin Skincare is a luxury cruelty-free skincare brand that specialise in high-potency anti-ageing formulas. Their products are handmade in the UK and offer some great vegan skincare options. Being a skincare nerd myself, I couldn’t wait to try out this brand.

I have tried three Nakin Natural Anti-Ageing Skincare products over the past month or so.

The three items I chose to try are:

• Anti-Ageing Matt Formula Face Cream
• Anti-Ageing Active Dew Face Cream
• Anti-Ageing Eye Cream Complex

I don’t get much time to pamper my skin with a baby and two young children to look after so I need products that I can use quickly and that will do what I need. Currently, my main focus is hydration!

The Nakin Natural Anti-Ageing Matt Formula Face Cream is designed for oily, normal and sensitive skin and is a balancing cream that hydrates and protects the skin but leaves it with a matt finish without any shine or greasiness. I like to use this in the morning as it’s quick to work into my skin and leaves my skin moisturised but never shiny.

“Nakin Natural Anti-Ageing Matt Formula Face Cream contains contains baobab, argan and jojoba oil to nourish skin with vitamins and minerals, while the powers of pomegranate and hyaluronic acid impart a smooth, hydrated complexion.”

The Nakin Natural Anti-Ageing Active Dew Face Cream is a richer cream that provides long-lasting hydration. It soothes dry skin and gives it a boost of nourishment and protecting. This is suitable for dry, normal or sensitive skin and for me it’s perfect to use before bed to help my skin regenerate overnight. It takes a bit longer to work into the skin due to its richness.

“The Nakin Natural Anti-Ageing Active Dew Face Cream has been formulated with an intense blend of nourishing active components and assists with skin recovery and provides lasting hydration. Botanical and bio-hyaluronic acid work with pomegranate, baobab and argan oil to build strength, protect from stress and smooth away signs of ageing.”

Eye creams are one of my favourite skin care products, but I have been slacking and not using one every day due to lack of time and lack of free hands!

The Nakin Natural Anti-Ageing Eye Cream Complex is light and hydrating and helps reduce the appearance or fine lines, puffy eyes and dark circles (I need this!).

The soothing and gentle all in one age defence and repair cream eye cream contains an array of stunning plant actives that work on all skin types, especially for people with sensitive eyes. I have reacted to some eye cream in the past but this one is definitely suitable for sensitive eye area skin.

All three products are lovely! Luxurious and gentle but effective. I love that they come in glass pots too — the less plastic, the better! My favourite out of the three products is the Matt Face Cream.
