Life is hectic. For me, I’m juggling running my own business from home with being a mum of three young children, trying to fit everything in and trying to do a good job. It’s hard and I’m exhausted most of the time.

The Unwind Ritual

• Step 1 – Select a Soundscape to play in the background.
• Step 2 – Place 4-5 drops of KLORIS CBD Oil (5% or 10%) under your tongue and hold for 60-90 seconds before swallowing.
• Step 3 – Run a warm bath or foot bath if you don’t have a tub. A temperature of 40-43 degrees is ideal. Add a Restore Magnesium Bath Block to the water and enjoy a relaxing soak in the water for at least 20 minutes to let the magnesium and CBD absorb through your skin.
• Step 4 – After the bath, keep the Soundscape playing, get dry and massage KLORIS High Strength CBD Balm into your the soles of your feet and any tension areas that you might have.
• Step 5 – Tuck yourself into bed and practice a breathing technique to help calm your heart rate and prepare your body for sleep.
