Let’s have a closer look at the wonderful surprise products that were in my personalised grooming / skincare subscription box!
- Seacret Mineral-Rich Body Mud (worth £29.99)
This was such a fun product to use for a spa-style-treatment at home. It’s a mineral-rich mud mask for your whole body! It’s made with black mud harvested from the Dead Sea and because it has been washed down from the surrounding mountains, it’s very rich if lots of minerals that are great for your skin. The mask cleanses, restores and balances your skin, leaving it fresh and healthy. You apply it to your whole body, leave it on for 15 minutes and the rinse off with warm water. A great pampering product!
- Ordo Complete Care Toothpaste (worth £4.00)
This is a high quality toothpaste made with ingredients that are proven to work and developed with oral care professionals to provide the optimum, all-round clean. It strengthens the enamel, protects gums, removes plaque and gently restores the natural whiteness of your teeth. Plus it tastes great, leaves your mouth feeling fresh and comes in a fully recyclable tube! I love it!
- Q+A Peppermint Daily Cleanser (worth £7.50)
This is a brilliant gentle face wash that cleanses really well without being drying and the peppermint leaf oil is so refreshing. Perfect for in the morning to help you wake up or just to freshen up your skin after a long day. It leaves my skin feeling clean and revitalised. I look forward to using this in the summer – it must be extra lovely after a day spent in warm weather.
- Stone Street Soaphouse Hay Ho! Body Cream (worth £24.00)
I’ve had a cream from this brand before which I loved so I was excited to try this one too. It’s a luxurious natural body cream that contains chamomile, lavandin and celery seed extracts which results in a warm straw like scent – like a haystack in summer. It’s also enriched with English honey, argan, jojoba and almond oils to nourish and hydrate skin. The formula is lovely and the scent is subtle but clear. The cream absorbs well and leaves skin feeling protected and moisturised for a long time.
NIP + FAB is one of my favourite skincare brands and I’ve been wantint to try glycolic acid again so this is perfect for me. You apply this products to clean, dry skin as part of a night-time skincare routine, 2-3 nights per week. It feels nice on my skin and the product gets to work overnight alongside the skin’s natural night-time recovery process. The booster helps regenerate, brighten and resurface the skin as it gently exfoliates your skin as you sleep.
- Ted Baker Tonic Cu Copper Eau de Toilette (sample)
Last, the only sample product in the skincare subsription box which is a stylish and sophisticated scent for men. It’s smooth and spicy with scents of grapefruit and smoky pepper. It’s masculine and fresh but not overpowering.
This box was sent to me for review. As always, all my reviews are 100% honest and all thoughts and opinons are my own.
