Becoming a new mum can undoubtedly be a pretty daunting experience. As such, it is perfectly normal to feel a little overwhelmed. “Will I be able to cope?”, “Will I lose my identity?”, “Who can I talk to?”. All questions that mums may find themselves asking as they adjust to life with a baby.

- Make Time for Yourself
