Are you a parent of daughters? If you are, then at some point you need to get period prepped. (If you have sons, it’s important to teach them about periods too, of course.)

For many young girls across the world, starting their period is a significant time in their lives. However, some parents don’t feel equipped to approach the subject with their daughter, and many daughters feel too embarrassed to talk about it together.
