Deep Freeze Cold Gel Pain Relief for That Sore Mum Shoulder
Being a parent is a physically exhausting job sometimes! Currently, we’re going through yet another cold and cough that came from pre-school and that’s being passed around the family plus some hardcore teething. I’ve just had my third night in a row on the sofa with my toddler who is coughing so much and is struggling to sleep because of that and the teething. In the daytime, she is more clingy and on Sunday, I ended up carrying her on a long walk in the woods.
My body is a bit broken due to all this and particularly my left arm and shoulder from carrying her on that side and sleeping on that side on the sofa. I would love a deep tissue massage but there’s not a chance I could arrange for one right now. Maybe when the kids are grown up?
To help me cope with this sore shoulder of mine, I’m using the new Deep Freeze Pain Relief Glide-on Gel which is drug-free and provides targeted, fast acting pain relief with scientifically proven cold therapy for things like sharp, shooting muscle and joint pain, back pain and leg and foot pain.
I love the roll-on design of the packaging as this makes it much easier for me to apply it on hard to reach areas like the back of my shoulder. It works quickly to provide cooling soothing pain relief. The fast acting, cooling sensation will last up to an hour, whilst the penetrating cooling provides longer lasting pain relief.
It doesn’t remove all pain but it dulls the pain and makes me feel a bit better. The tingling sensation is nice too and it feels like the blood flow increases to the area where I’ve applied it. One thing that is also good is that Deep Freeze Pain Relief Glide-on Gel can be used in combination with oral painkillers and can also be used during pregnancy for muscular back pain which is a very common pregnancy ailment.
