How to Use Habitual

The brand offers a 16-week plan to help people lose weight (and even put type 2 diabetes into remission). Testing the All the Shakes Bundle from Habitual

For this Habitual review, I have been testing the All the Shakes Bundle. This is a bundle of 5 packs of Shakes in all the different flavours: Strawberry, Chocolate, Caramel, Vegan Vanilla and Spiced Chai. Each pack contains 7 sachets which means you get 35 meals in total in this bundle.

I am not personally trying to lose weight but I am trying to eat more protein and to be healthier in general. I wanted to try the Habitual shakes as a healthy snack alternative to stop me reaching for a quick chocolate bar boost that will just leave me hungry and with a sugar crash.

For me, the Habitual shakes make a great snack addition. To prepare a shake, all you need to do is to mix the contents of one sachet with 200ml of cold water. Shake or blend until smooth (about 20 seconds), then allow to stand for 1 minute before drinking. You can also blend with ice or add zero-calorie syrups or things like cinnamon to mix up the taste experience.

Depending on your calorie goal, you can also substitute some of the water with a dash of milk and add fruit or berries to thicken the shake further.
