Phizz Rehydration + Vitamins and Minerals Effervescent Tablets Review
I am one tired mama and am known to choose strong black coffee as my main drink in the daytime which I know is not good. I drink plenty of water most evenings but I just really need my coffee in the daytime! Migraines are a monthly occurrence and after finding out that my iron stores are low recently, I am doing what I can to up my intake of essential vitamins and minerals to help me combat my tiredness and to feel better in general.
Phizz is a new product for me and it combines a rehydration formula and a mix of essential vitamins and minerals. Phizz comes as effervescent tablets, made in Switzerland with high quality ingredients, that you put in a glass of water to rehydrate you and replenish your vitamins and minerals. This helps your body make the most of the water and helps it fight fatigue and dehydration. It’s ideal for when you’re travelling — I never drink enough liquids when travelling somewhere! — or before sports or other physical activities. It’s also great after a night out or the morning after or if you’re like me and are just tired, dehydrated and get migraines!
When my worst migraines make their appearance, I never really feel like drinking lots of water as the headache makes me feel nauseous too. I’ve tried Phizz for these occasions and I just put two tablets in a glass of water and sip it slowly. You can have up to four tablets in 24 hours. Two tablets do contain 0.42g of sodium and as adults should not eat more than 2.4g of sodium per day according to the NHS website, it’s important to not eat lots of salty foods in the same day.
The vitamins and minerals that you can find in Phizz are:
- B-Group Vitamins
- Calcium
- Copper
- Glucose
- Magnesium
- Potassium
- Sodium
- Selenium
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E
- Zinc
It’s not a replacement for a daily multivitamin but something to use on days when you feel you need a boost in hydration and some extra vitamins and minerals to give you some energy. I already take multi-vitamins so for me, Phizz is mainly on the days that I feel dehydrated and have a migraine.
Phizz comes in two sizes: The Petite (10 tablets, £4.99) and The Orignial (20 tablets, £7.99). You can also buy The Combo with one of each for £11.99. Buy yours here. You can also buy Phizz from Amazon.co.uk.
