Review: Harry Potter The Complete Collection from Books2Door
|Review: Harry Potter The Complete Collection from Books2Door
My husband really enjoyed reading the Harry Potter books as they were published and always watches the films over Christmas. Since becoming a dad nearly five years ago when we had our first daughter, he’s been saying that one day he’d love to read the Harry Potter books to his children.
A little while ago we acquired a beautiful box set with all seven of the modern classic, multi-award-winning Harry Potter books from the book shop Books2Door. This release of Harry Potter The Complete Collection contains all the Harry Potter books J.K. Rowling in stunning hardback editions, featuring stylish cover art by artist Andrew Davidson in a gorgeous box to keep your books in.
I love the combination of the black and white fronts and the bright neon coloured spines.
The book titles included are:
- Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
- Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
This set would make an amazing gift for someone who’s at the right age to start enjoying the world of Harry Potter. The books are recommended for children from around nine years and above but I think that the first three books or so can be enjoyed from a younger age when read with a parent.
Our eldest daughter will be five years old soon and she’s so interested in books and reading. I’m sure she’ll love exploring the world of Harry Potter with her dad as my husband will read her these books at bedtime over the next few years. Then when she’s older, she can enjoy the books again and again now that we have the full set in our home library.
Definitely check out Books2Door for a great range of books at amazing prices!
