Zita West Postnatal Supplements & Bath Soak Review
Zita West is a renowned fertility expert, working with couples in the UK to improve their chances of getting pregnant. She is based in London and has worked with many high profile clients in the past and has contributed to the likes of Vogue and the Metro.
My own baby making days are over as our third and last baby was born last year but I’m still interested in the subject and am still breastfeeding so use postnatal specific supplements.
Zita West sells a wide range of supplements and other products for conception (for men and women), for pregnancy and for postpartum too. I’ve sampled a few of the products:
- Revital Essence, Postnatal & Breastfeeding Supplement
- Vitamin D Spray for Fertility, Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
- Restore and Renew Lavender Bath Therapy Oil
Zita West Revital Essence, Postnatal & Breastfeeding Supplement
Many women remember to take their supplements during pregnancy but they’re so important before you get pregnant and after you’ve had your baby too.
After birth, your body has another set of nutritional requirements and this post natal specific supplement includes important nutrients that your body needs at this time to heal and to pass on to your baby if you’re breastfeeding. You take one capsule with a meal three times a day. The capsules are vegan, free from artificial colours, preservatives, gluten and yeast and are certified non-GM.
Vitamin D Spray for Fertility, Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Vitamin D is very important to our reproductive and general health, for both men and women. Lots of people are deficient but it’s so easy to supplement using a product like this Vitamin D3 spray that you simply spray onto your tongue once per day. It’s in a light oil base as Vitamin D is fat soluble. I don’t get much Vitamin D from the sun as we cover up well with clothing or sunscreen in our family, so I definitely need to supplement with Vitamin D all year round.
Restore and Renew Lavender Bath Therapy Oil
After giving birth, your body has a lot of healing to do and a comforting bath can be very helpful and soothing for the perineum. This amazing bath soak contains essential oils and pure plant extracts for a lovely and relaxing bath. The lavender is soothing for both body and mind and smells absolutely amazing! Add a few capfuls to your bath to turn your soak into a spa experience. So relaxing and a must for mums, new and experienced.
