My kids are huge fans of both magnetic toys and construction toys – and so am I! For this reason, we absolutely love playing with CONNETIX magnetic tiles. It features pieces in eight beautiful earthy pastel colours – pink, berry, peach, mint, emerald, lemon, violet, and sapphire. These stunning colours are a great way to expand the range of colours that children recognise.

Building with the CONNETIX 120 Piece Pastel Creative Pack 

CONNETIX tiles can be used to build pretty much anything. My children love building houses, castles, space rockets and more in 3D. They also love creating beautiful 2D patterns with the colourful shapes.

Above, you can see our version of the build on the front of the CONNETIX 120 Piece Pastel Creative Pack box. I can confirm that you get all the pieces you need to make this build which is great. We had to use a different colour for a few tiles but all the shapes that you needed (plus a few spares) were in the box.

Here you can see the development of a pattern. The kids have so much fun with their CONNETIX tiles and it is great to see their creativity flowing as they build.

This large Pastel set has expanded our play options hugely. We often combine it with our CONNETIX Ball Run. We can now make much bigger and more elaborate ball runs too which is amazing!

My children are 5, 8 and 10 years old and they all love playing with CONNETIX. Us parents do too – it’s lots of fun! I love how it’s such an open-ended toy and that the whole family enjoys building with the tiles. Another plus is that CONNETIX really grows with your child. Having children of different ages, I can see how they all play with the tiles slightly differently and how the play develops and the builds get more complex with age.
