Giggly Babies is a new baby brand that sells Indian block printed cotton quilts in a beautiful selection of patterns and colours. The quilts are made from 100% pure and organic Indian cotton and are printed with wooden blocks and natural, vegetable based dyes. They are very high quality and handmade yet are available at reasonable and affordable prices. The natural dyes and the soft cotton makes them perfect for your baby’s delicate skin.

One of the best things about these quilts is that they get softer and softer with every wash, meaning they just get better and better over time. They’re quite soft to start with, too!

The quilts come in 11 different designs and are all 40 x 60 inches big. This is a great size for cot beds. They are printed on one said and plain on the other. My favourite of the designs is the Orange one — I love the shapes in the pattern and orange is my favourite colour.

The quilt arrived carefully wrapped in golden, protective tissue paper, tied together with a ribbon and with the care instructions attached. The blanket is really easy to care for, by the way. You should wash it separately before use and you can do that in your washing machine on a hot or cold wash using regular all-purpose detergent. If needed, you can iron on a medium heat. Simple!

We use our quilt as a blanket for naps and a bedspread for our toddler girl’s bed. It looks so lovely and fits her bed perfectly. The quality of the quilt is absolutely lovely — you can tell this blanket will last a long time. Because the design is not childish at all, it will also be a blanket that my daughter can use for many years to come since she will not grow out of the style.

The Giggly Babies Indian Cotton Quilt has quickly become my favourite children’s blanket! The high quality and the stylish prints are much nicer than most kids’ blankets and quilts that I’ve come across. I wish I had a big version for our bed!
