My husband and I love to have smoothies as a way to ensure our bodies get more goodness from fruit and veg. Sometimes we’re really good at making sure that we have the right ingredients available at home to whizz up a healthy smoothie but we often forget to stock up on frozen berries and frozen fruit when shopping at the supermarket too!
