If you have been diagnosed with ADHD, you are probably looking for ways to manage your symptoms. The cocoa is the main flavour for me, with some umami flavour from the mushrooms. I have tried The Shruum on its own warm, and mixed with other beverages both hot and cold and my favourite so far is to incorporate it into a berry smoothie – I think the flavour combination works very well.
I have mine in the morning after I get back from the school run and prepare to start my working day. It helps me feel more focused and gives me the boost I need to crack on with my most important work tasks for the day. My energy levels have improved since incorporating The Shruum into my routine too.
