May 2019 TOPPBOX Men’s Grooming & Skincare Subscription

Hello summer and hello June! Time is flying by this year. As usual, I have a TOPPBOX to review for you and the May box was lovely! I’ll share details of what was in it a bit further down in this post.

If you’ve not heard of TOPPBOX yet, it’s a Men’s Grooming & Skincare Subscription Box that you get delivered to your home each month — or every second month or every third month, if you prefer. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Each month’s box contains 4-5 products from top brands. You usually get a mix of full-sized and travel sized products and the total value of each box is around £50-£70 but it only costs you £19 + postage. It’s a lovely way to try new skincare products in the comfort of your own home. Most items are quite unisex as well which I love as I’m using the products myself.

When you sign up, you personalise your TOPPBOX to receive products that are specifically chosen for your grooming needs. This is a good idea as we all have different preferences, skin types and needs and it takes less than 30 seconds to fill out the quick questionnaire about your age, style, skin type, facial hair/shaving needs and hair type plus any extra comments.

Let’s have a look at the contents of the May 2019 TOPPBOX:

• Christopher Courtney London Anti-Oxidant Chocolate Face Cleanser  (worth £31.50)

This is a full-size bottle of a very luxurious and indulgent face cleanser that removes dirt and impurities while nourishing, replenishing and hydrating your skin at the same time. Naturally, it smells amazing! Perfect for chocoholics like myself. It’s suitable for all skin types, for men and women.

• MONU Instant Vitality Gel (worth £19.95)

A soothing and reviving gel for sore muscles, with Aloe Vera, Arnica and a Multi Mineral Complex to refresh tired skin and aching muscles. Great after a workout or whenever you feel that your body and skin needs a bit of TLC. Simply massage the gel into your muscles and enjoy the soothing and relaxing sensation.

• Pure Skincare Retinol Serum (worth £10.99)

A natural and organic, highly concentrated serum with Retinol to rejuvenate your skin. It also contains Vitamin C. Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane and Aloe Vera. This serum helps dry and damaged skin and will help your skin look younger too. Use on your face and neck and massage into your skin using circular motions. Follow up with a moisturiser.

• Vir Original Body Spray  (worth £7.00)

This is a body spray with cherry, coffee extract and menthol to keep you feeling fresh and smelling great whatever you’re getting up to. This small bottle is a great travel size for trips or to keep in your suitcase.

• Eden Perfumes No.240 Oud & Wood, Oriental Woody (sample size)

A luxurious scent with highly sought after Oud. This scent is fresh and uplifting and woody! Very manly and attractive.

• Stone Street Soaphouse Geranimo Body Cream (worth £16.00)

A non-nonsense natural body cream with English honey, shea butter and cocoa butter. Almost good enough to eat! It’s free from artificial silicones, colours, parabens, SLS and microbeads and just full of the good stuff. It’s made with 100% responsible sourced natural oils. Use daily after bathing or showering. It’s a lovely rich cream that feels great on my skin!

• Men’s Cool Cotton Socks (gift from TOPPBOX, worth £6.95)

A great pair of bright socks that are vibrant and comfortable and add a bit of fun to any outfit. I love bright socks with suits or completely black outfits.
