Summer is here and a summer essential for everyone should be a good pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes from the harmful UV-rays from the sun. I’ve got a new pair myself, from Online Opticians UK.

Online Opticians UK is an online prescription and designer glasses and sunglasses shop that manufacture all of their glasses, sunglasses & lenses in-house enabling them to sell at the lowest prices possible. This also ensures they can keep quality high and delivery fast. They provide a large range of high quality products available at great prices!

I don’t wear prescription glasses myself,  but if you do, it’s really easy to customise your glasses in the Glasses Lens Builder on their website. This ensures you get exactly what you want and need.

I went for the Barbour International Sunwear sunglasses in the colour Fawn (£54.95). Features include bridge support for added comfort, 100% UV400 protection, choice of the colour of the lenses and Barbour branding on arms, case and cloth (included). They came in a gift box too.

I’ve never had designer sunglasses before and the quality is so much better than I’m used to. I’m sure I’ll get lots of use out of these sunglasses this summer and for many years to come!
