The Baby Box Company New Baby Hampers Review & Giveaway
When friends or family members have a new baby, it’s always nice to give them something to congratulate them and to celebrate the new addition. It can be difficult to know what to buy and it’s even harder if you live far away from each other. The Baby Box Company (new name is The Baby Hamper Company!) specialises in gift boxes and individual gifts for new babies and new mums. They have lots of different types of gifts for different tastes and budgets that you can order online to send to friends.
I chose the Large ‘Not Your Standard’ Baby Hamper (£40.00) that is perfectly unisex and filled with very lovely and useful items.
This box contains a bunch of carefully selected new baby products in bright and modern colours which is quite different to traditional baby hampers and very suitable for modern parents.
In this box you get an adorable Baby Bunting romper suit in red and white stripes with a matching hat to make a complete outfit for the new arrival. The romper is in Size 0-3 months so that it will last a bit longer and the hat is in Size 0-6 months. These items are made in the UK from 100% cotton which is perfect for babies as it helps them regulate their body temperature.
You also get a super soft, white bandana bib made from cotton with a Velcro fastening. These are great for catching milk dribbles and stop any milk getting into the neck folds. I used loads of bibs with our firstborn!
We love Lamaze toys and in this gift box, you get a Lamaze Giggle Bunny Ball which is a handheld bright bunny shaped ball that giggles when you shake it. I love the bright colours that help develop the baby’s senses and keep them stimulated and entertained. The bunny’s ears can be played with or chewed on too.
Aden & Anais make the best muslins and in this baby hamper, you get one of their really large swaddle blankets that you can use for swaddling, as a summer blanket, a burp cloth, a sheet and much more. The large size makes it so versatile and useful and the quality is amazing!
You can add extra new baby gifts to your selected boxes and all boxes come with free luxury gift wrapping to complete the gift.
There was a little card in my box too with suggestions for how you could turn the box into a sensory box for your baby. It’s a lovely touch and a great idea!
I love this The Baby Box Company baby hamper and there are so many more gorgeous ones available on the website. All the items in our box are really useful and good quality and any new parents would be pleased to receive a hamper like it.

The one standout gift I can remember is a musical seahorse. I think it cost about £20 from Argos and you can get them in blue or pink. I started putting it on when I was putting my little boy down from when he was a few days old, and then as he got a little bit older, he just associated it with sleeping. It’s still in his bedroom and even now he will occasionally ask for it in bed with him.
My mum got me the tommee tippee essentials starter kit, I am delighted as I used their brand with my daughter and she got on well with the bottles, hopefully will be fine again this time round xx
