So Slime Gooblins – What are Gooblins?

So Slime is the popular slime brand by Canal Toys and their Gooblins are one of their recent product releases. So, what are Gooblins? Gooblins are collectible slime aliens (suitable from age 3 years+). These quirky characters love to play hide-and-seek in their own gooey slime.

Gooblins are sold in single packs and twin packs and each Gooblin is packaged in a slime-filled pod and contains a mystery surprise that’s waiting to be discovered.

These characters are not just any aliens though – they also have unique expressions and personalities, making them all different from each other.

Kids love to stretch and squish the awesome slime that the Gooblins come in – perfect for a sensory activity. There are 6 different Gooblins to collect.

So Slime Gooblins Twin Pack Review

We have tested a So Slime Gooblins Twin Pack (available here from Argos) and my girls all loved playing with this set. We got the orange Blob and the blue Lagoon characters in this set.

This set contains two scary slime Gooblins to stretch and squeeze, to remove bones from and organs too. Then piece your Gooblin’s skeleton back together to create your ghoulish monster. You can build four different forms with just this one set with two characters. Each Gooblin has an organ and inside the organ there is a mystery surprise.

The kids enjoyed getting the skeletons out of the slime, taking them apart and discovering what’s inside. They also absolutely loved the slime – it’s super stretchy and great quality. After each play session, pop it in an air-tight box to keep the slime in good condition for more future play.
