BIC KIDS Pens, Crayons & Pencils Review + Win a £50 BIC Bundle!
In my family, we love to draw and paint! It was my favourite thing to do as a child and I still enjoy it now as an adult. I love drawing with my kids and my niece and nephew too when we have family get-togethers. It’s a creative and fun way to spend your time and I love that children of all ages (and adults!) can all join in at the same time.
BIC KIDS make a great selection of colouring pens, crayons and pencils and it’s one of my go-to brands when choosing craft supplies. We’re currently trying out some of their products:
- BIC® KIDS Kid Couleur (RRP £2.99) which are durable felt pens with blocked tips. They’re “ultra-washable” which means the kids can have fun and be creative without making as much mess. They’re much easier to wash off hands and fabrics than regular felt tip pens.
- BIC® KIDS Evolution colouring pencils (RRP £2.99) are ultra-resistant, wood-free colouring pencils. They’re ideal for all kinds of colouring and drawing for kids of different ages. They have a resistant chew-proof lead and barrel and are very durable. They’re easy to sharpen and don’t splinter like most pens!
- BIC® KIDS Plastidecor® crayons (RRP £2.99) are amazing colouring crayons, ideal for children over 30 months. Younger kids can of course use them too but with supervision. They are recommended by teachers and really easy to sharpen. The crayons are wonderfully durable and resistant to breakage. The colours are beautiful and vivid and these crayons are not messy like most we have used before. They’re nice and smooth to hold and they don’t melt in your hands or rub off on fabrics.
We love the whole range of products that we’ve tried! They’re really good quality — the colours are great and the pens, pencils and crayons are so sturdy. My favourite is the crayons because they are so different to regular crayons. They really don’t break — my toddler has thrown them on the floor so many times and every time I’m shocked that they’re still in one piece. We’ve bought these ones before and they last ages too.
The older kids love the felt pens! They’re really easy to colour in with, nice to hold and the colours are great. The big kids combine the pencils and pens in their drawings for different effects.
