You get access to a new video with a new exercise routine tailored to your stage of pregnancy each week. The videos are available on your account for three weeks so if you find a routine that you really enjoy, you can do it several times and if you miss a week for any reason, you can catch up and do that routine at a later stage if you wish. I really appreciate this function as some weeks I have just been too busy or tired.
You also get a weekly to-to list with extra information such as more exercises, recipes or quizzes. There’s also a forum where you can ask guest experts questions or chat to other mums and a private Facebook group for members. Joanna sends you a weekly newsletter and writes a Mumday Monday blog and is always there for you if you have any questions.
