Recipe: Make My Little Piccolo’s Blushing Berries at Home
I’m not ashamed to admit that I buy a lot of ready-made baby food pouches as it’s a really quick and easy way to ensure my children eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. One of our favourite brands is My Little Piccolo that makes lots of delicious food pouches for all stages of weaning and beyond. My three-year-old still loves to have a fruit/vegetable pouch with a sandwich or as a snack — it’s like a smoothie!
I also love making my own baby food or smoothies when I have a bit more time and My Little Piccolo is a company that’s very generous and shares lots of recipes for their loved pouches and other dishes on their website so that you can make your little ones’ favourites at home too.
One that we’ve recently made at home is the Blushing Berries one which is perfect for summer! Both my girls love it and making it at home is a great way to make it for the whole family too. Adults or older kids can just have it as a yummy smoothie.
