My preferred way to relax after a long day is with a hot bath using indulgent bath products. For this reason, I’m really excited that one of my favourite natural skincare brands Ben & Anna have launched a premium natural bath salt range.

Ben & Anna is a certified cruelty-free & vegan natural beauty brand created in 2017. The new bath salts are a great addition to the brand’s brilliant range of sustainable and natural products that are kind to skin and to the planet too.

The new range of natural bath salts includes three wonderful blends. The premium range has been created with high-quality sea salt extracted from the Italian Mediterranean. The bath salts promote muscle relaxation and help relieve tension. They also cleanse and detoxify the skin as your relax in your bath. The natural formula also provides skin with moisture, leaving it soft and supple. Ideal for a soothing and calming soak to unwind your mind and relax your body.

How to Use Ben & Anna Bath Salts

To prepare you relaxing bath, add the desired amount of bath salts to warm water and allow the salts to dissolve. The formula is lightly foaming too which is lovely.

Each tub of Ben & Anna natural bath salt contains 300g which is the equivalent to 5 full baths. Ben & Anna recommend using 5 level tablespoons per full bath.

For the optimal bathing experience, allow a bathing time of 10-20 minutes at a water temperature of around 37°C. After your bath, rinse the bathtub with clean water to avoid product residue.

There are three wonderful natural bath salt blends to choose from:

• Lavender. This is the perfect bath salt for calming your senses. This bath salt is enriched with aromatic lavender to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Adding this to your evening bath will help you create a peaceful atmosphere in no time.
• Rose. This blend contains harmoniously scented rose to create an indulgent and fragrant bath. The delicate scent of roses is beautiful and calming — it’s like being in a rose garden in the comfort of your own home.
• Cornflower. This bath salt is ideal for a refreshing and regenerating bath. The beautiful cornflower petals have rejuvenating and skin-nourishing properties too.
