Weaning is known to be a messy phase and you might remember my review of the Tidy Tot Bib and Tray Kit back when we were weaning last time around. It’s a very clever invention that makes weaning mess much more manageable! If you have older children yourself, you’ll know that the mess does not end with weaning… Toddlers and older children can create A LOT of mess too whether it’s at the dinner table or when doing crafts and messy play.

Tidy Tot have expanded their product range and now have Long Length Coverall Bibs for toddlers and older children up to 3 years old (though my just turned 5-year-old can wear them too — the sleeves are just a tiny bit short on her). The Tidy Tot Long Length Coverall bib is one of the longest coverall bibs on the market and offers full protection from food and messy play. It’s a great size and fits my two kids really well, especially my youngest who is within the intended age group at 2.5 years.

The coverall bib has a large crumb catcher pockets with side poppers for easy cleaning and the material is water-resistant, lightweight and comfortable to wear. Of course, the bib is machine washable which is essential for me when it comes to things like this. It’s available in two fun and unisex prints/colours to choose from and each bib comes with its own travel pouch which is great for when you’ve used it on the go and want to contain the mess until you get home.

My two daughters use these bibs whenever dinner is particularly messy (Hello, Pizza!) or when we’re doing painting crafts or other messy activities and we want to keep the kids’ clothes protected and clean. They’re really useful, save me a tonne of washing and the girls love wearing them too so they must be comfortable.
