Absolute Aromas Bath Products Review | Pampering Time!

I don’t get many moments to relax and pamper myself as a busy mama of young children who rarely sleep, so when I do get some me-time I like to make it a bit special and use luxurious products. A hot bath is my favourite way to relax and I usually read a book whilst enjoying a hot soak. If I’m lucky, I’ll have a glass of wine too!

When it comes to bath products I love all kinds of things as long as they smell nice, are gentle on my skin and make the water feel nice. I love bath bombs, oils, bubbles, salts and bath milks.

The products that I’m currently pampering myself with are from Absolute Aromas, Aromatherapy Experts since 1994 and suppliers of over 150 therapeutic grade essential oils and over 40 certified organic oils. They specialise in creating beautiful aromatherapy blends for spas, therapists and home use. Perfect!Absolute Aromas Bath Products Review A Mum Reviews

I have the gorgeous Relaxation Himalayan Bath Salt and two beautiful salt scrubs, Relaxation and Detox. The Relaxation Himalayan Bath Salt is a pure Himalayan bath salt infused with a blend of essential oils to encourage relaxation of the mind and body. It smells amazing and the scents are so intense and lovely! The whole bathroom fills with the scent and it stays for a long time which I really like.

In this salt, you’ll find the following essential oils that help you relax: Bergamot FCF, Clary Sage, Lavender HA, Patchouli, Lime, Clove Bud, Petitgrain, Chamomile Roman, May Chang, Ylang Ylang Extra, Cardomom, Eucalyptus Radiata, Tangerine, Hay Absolute, Cedar Leaf, Vetiver.

The two scrubs are brilliant too! I love a good, proper salt and oil scrub. Nothing works as well as they do! These scrubs are thick and coarse and buff away dead skin really well and moisturise the skin at the same time. I use them on my legs, arms and hands to soften and hydrate my skin and I love the result! The Relaxation scrub is the one I use when having a relaxing evening bath before bed as I find the scent really calming.Absolute Aromas Bath Products Review A Mum Reviews

The Relaxation Salt Scrub contains a soothing aromatherapy blend that deeply cleanses, exfoliates and moisturises the skin, whilst also comforting the mind and body.

The essential oils are the following: Citrus Tangerina (Tangerine) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Petitgrain) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil, Salvia Sclarea (Clary) Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Litsea Cubeba Fruit Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil, Elettaria cardamomum Seed Oil, Thuja Occidentalis (Cedar) Leaf Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Bud Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil and Hay Oil.

The carrier oils are: Prunus Amygalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) seed oil, Oenotheral Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil.Absolute Aromas Bath Products Review A Mum Reviews

The Detox Salt Scrub is a powerful aromatherapy blend of reviving essential oils to help tone the skin and target the appearance of cellulite. It’s an invigorating scrub that aids the elimination of toxins from the skin. This one is my go to scrub when having a shower as I find the scent combination energising and uplifiting which is exactly what I need when I’m trying to stay awake after a long day.

The carrier oils are the same as in the scrub above but the aromatherapy blend is made of the following oils: Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil, Juniperus Virginiana (Cedarwood) wood Oil, Cymbopogon Martini (Palmorosa) Oil and Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil.

All three of these products are lovely to use and have beautiful scents. They are luxurious and pampering but affordable too. You can find them and many more Absolute Aromas products here.
