Jana Reinhardt is a husband-and-wife team – Jana Reinhardt and Ross Cutting. They’re both master-goldsmiths who aren’t just passionate about hand-made jewellery but also about animal welfare and green living. That’s why all their creations are made from 100% recycled precious metals, all gemstones are either ethically sourced or lab grown, and the packaging is plastic-free and 100% recyclable too.

Over the last year, Jana Reinhardt has created many exclusive pieces for raising awareness and funds for different charities. Their aim is to create a piece every month that benefits an environmental or animal welfare charity.

The range of jewellery offered by Jana Reinhardt includes lots of different animals – big animals, small animals, birds, and ocean animals (plus mermaids too) so you can choose a piece that features your favourite animal or the favourite animal of the person you’re buying a gift for.

In this post, you can see the Tiny Polar Bear Necklace from the Polar Nights Collection in 925 Sterling Silver. It’s also available in other precious metals (9ct or 18ct solid gold and platinum). The items from Jana Reinhardt are hand-made to order in their Worthing workshop – you just need to pick your animal and your metal type.

This little polar bear is so cute, and bears are one of my favourite animals so it’s perfect for me. The tiny hand-polished polar bear measures 10mm tall x 13mm wide and comes with an adjustable 1.2mm trace chain. You can have the little bear engraved with up to three characters on the back if you want.

It’s such an adorable necklace – I love my new, ethical and sustainable little polar bear! What a wonderful gift to give to a loved one this Christmas.
