Hubalu is a small UK-business run by Vicky who is a mum who wanted to create comfortable, stylish and affordable leggings for boys and girls and a business that she could run while being a mum too.

Hubalu baby and child leggings are designed and manufactured by hand in the UK using OEKO-TEX approved fabric, meaning it is produced ethically and fairly and is kind to skin. The range includes funky leggings for babies and children and bibs too. There are also mama leggings if you want to twin with your little one. More about that in a bit!

I love dressing my kids in fun prints and bright colours and choosing materials that are soft and cuts that are comfortable is very important to me too. Since I use cloth nappies on my toddler, it’s also essential that the fit of trousers is suitable for reusable nappies too. Some of them are a bit bulkier than disposable nappies so sometimes some trousers can be too tight on the bottom area. Hubalu leggings are made to work with both cloth and disposable nappies and the fit is great on my daughter.

We have two pairs of Hubalu leggings for my toddler in Gold Arrows on Navy (above) and Tutti Fruitti Leopard Spot (below). She’s just turned 2 so we went for size 2-3 which fits her nicely but with a bit of room to grow too. The leggings have a stretchy and soft waistband and cuffs on the legs which makes it easy to fold them up if they’re a bit long. My daughter calls the Gold Arrows leggings her “golden trousers”! The leggings wash well and the gold stays put!

Twinning is Winning! Hubalu Twinning Leggings for Baby/Child and Mama

I don’t have many matching mama and daughter clothes so love that I can now match with my youngest in our Tutti Fruitti Leopard Spot leggings. My toddler loves it too!

I love the bright colours of this print and the mama leggings are very comfortable too.

The current available sizes are XS (6-10), S/M (12 – 14) and M/L (16 – 18). I went for S/M as I’d usually go for a 10-12 in trousers and they fit lovely! The material is very soft and comfortable.

We’re really happy with our Hubalu leggings and highly recommend them.
