Staying safe in the dark is really important to me. Growing up in Sweden where the winters are long and dark (and the days very short!), I’ve always used reflective accessories to improve visibility in the dark. A lot has changed since I was little though and today’s gadgets are much cooler! In this review, I will introduce you to Twistii which is an awesome twist on a traditional torch and a great way to make your kids more visible in the dark. Read on to find out more.

All About Twistii 

Twistii is a rotating wrist torch (the world’s first!) that sits on a slap band. It’s sleek, cool, comfortable and easy to use. 

It’s a fun and useful accessory for both boys and girls. Twistii is recommended for children aged 6-15 years but older teens and grown-ups can use one too. 

Twistii has three modes: directional white light beam, red and white light on together, and red and white light warning flash. 

You can twist the device to face in any direction that you want it so that you can direct the light to where you need it the most. The 360 degree rotation is so handy and, because the light sits on your wrist, you can enjoy hands-free illumination too. 

This gadget is great for when you’re out and about in the dark such as walking home or to school in the winter, for using on campsites for late-night trips to the toilets, for reading under your covers, or for doing DIY fixes in dark cupboards, and more. 

Another great feature is that Twistii is rechargeable so no need to change the batteries all the time. Simply charge it up with the included USB cable to enjoy up to 180 minutes of light from each charge.

My kids love that we have a Twistii now. They use it for playing and also for when we are out at night. I have used it myself for taking the bins out late at night too and found it really useful!
