ZENB Veggie Sticks Review – Organic Vegetable Snack Bars

My daughters and I all love a snack and snack bars are great for when we’re out and about. I prefer ones that have lots of nutrients packed into them as well for something practical and nutritious to snack on.

ZENB make vegan snacks packed with vegetables – Veggie Sticks and Veggie Bites – in a bunch of different flavours.

ZENB is a brand that doesn’t only focus on nutrition but also on zero food waste so when they make their snacks, they use stems, skins and seeds as much as possible too and these are packed with healthy goodness. This makes them very sustainable too.

These organic plant-based vegetable snacks are a great source of dietary fibre thanks to the use of whole veggies, they’re gluten free, non-GMO and made using real ingredients (and without any help from artificial flavours, sweeteners, or preservatives).

We’ve sampled the Veggie Sticks that are available in Pumpkin, Beetroot, Carrot and Red Pepper flavours.

The kids and I tried the different flavours and one of my daughters (our little foodie 4-year-old) really liked them while our fussier 6-year-old wasn’t a fan. This is what I expected though as that’s often the case with new foods in our house!

For me, the taste was okay. They’re not my favourite healthy snack bars flavour-wise but I appreciate the health benefits and would eat them because of that rather than the taste. They pretty much taste like vegetables so you need to like the taste of the chosen vegetable flavour of course. My favourite was the Red Pepper one while my 4-year-old preferred the Carrot one.
