We love construction toys and we love magnetic toys so of course we are big fans of Geomag! Geomag makes magnetic construction sets for children of all ages. Their amazing toys spark creativity and imagination and encourage problem-solving skills too. Geomag toys are lots of fun but educational at the same time which is perfect as that’s exactly the kind of toys that I look for for my children.

We have a couple of new Geomag sets this month and I’m reviewing them separately as one set is for younger kids and one for older kids. Geomag is great for all age groups though and my three kids (aged 4, 7 and 9) all play with all the different Geomag toys that we have.

Let’s have a look at the Geomag Magicube Shapes 13 Piece Set which is a set designed for little ones with chunky and colourful magnetic pieces. This set is ideal for toddlers and pre-school aged children with large pieces that are easy to grab and safe for little ones to play with. This set is recommended for ages 1-5 years.

The set includes 13 pieces of 100% eco-friendly recycled plastic shaped blocks that can be attached on any side to make creating vehicles or other builds easy and fun. The Swiss-made building blocks are safe, durable, and lightweight which is ideal for young builders.

There are four different green, white, and yellow shapes and two sets of wheels that you can combine in different ways to create lots of different builds.

The set includes a leaflet with a bunch of cool ideas to copy but little ones will enjoy free-styling too, of course.

This is a brilliant set for younger builders but also lots of fun for older kids to get involved with. There are more sets in the same Geomag product range if you want to add more pieces to expand building opportunities and to create larger builds.
